Competent Contrator is a supply chain service for workplace health and safety. It helps to ensure that contractor employees who turn-up on your site(s) are properly trained and supervised.
Competent Contractor works in tandem with any existing pre-qualification or contractor management system - including schemes such as CHAS and Construction line - to provide support into the so called Stage 2, or implementation phase. The focus is on helping contractors to develop the necessary competency of each of their employees. The service includes a smart card site access system which gives instant access to training and other records.
