How does this lending library operate!

• Your annual membership fee provides you with access to the library of Human Focus training packages - depending on the type or membership you decide on (see below for price options and the back page for range of titles). Many of these materials are award-winning packages and all have been produced to very high standards
  
  
• You may have out on loan up to six titles at any one time to use for your training sessions. You will receive the complete package including the trainer’s manual which provides hand-out / presentation masters.
  
  
• At the end of the 12 month period you can either renew your membership or return the packages in your possession.
  
  
• You may retain your packages for the entire period of your membership or swap them at any time for another title(s). The exchange system is convenient and rapid. You will be provided with a reusable mailing container that you can use to return packages. We promise that you will receive your replacement package(s) within 72 hours. The only cost to you in making an exchange will be the return postage. Your membership fee covers all carriage charges from our premises.
